Refund and Cancellation Policy

Upvote.club provides digital services, including digital credits (points) and subscription plans. By making a purchase on Upvote.club, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Nature of Digital Services

All purchases on Upvote.club are for digital services delivered instantly. Points are digital credits used inside the platform and are delivered to your account immediately after payment. No physical product is shipped.

Due to the nature of digital services, points that have been credited to your account are considered delivered. Once points are used to create tasks, they are distributed to other users who complete those tasks, and the value is irrevocably transferred to a third party.

2. Refund Conditions for Points (One-Time Purchases)

2.1 Refundable

  • Unused points: A refund may be issued for points remaining on your account balance that have not been spent on tasks.
  • Technical errors: If a payment was charged multiple times or an incorrect amount was charged due to a system error.
  • Order not processed: If we have not yet credited points to your account due to a processing failure.

2.2 Non-Refundable

  • Used points: Points that have been spent on tasks (fully or partially) are not eligible for a refund, because the value has been transferred to users who completed the tasks.
  • Completed tasks: If the engagement (followers, likes, views, etc.) for a task has been delivered as described, no refund will be issued.
  • Violation of terms: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after points have been credited.

2.3 How to Request a Refund for Unused Points

  1. Stop or cancel any active tasks in your dashboard to recover unused points to your balance.
  2. Send a refund request to yes@upvote.club with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]".
  3. Include your account email, order/transaction details, and the reason for the refund.
  4. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  5. If approved, the refund will be issued only for the unused portion, calculated based on the remaining point balance, to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Free Trial (7-Day)

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. If you cancel during the trial, the subscription is cancelled immediately, and no charge is made.

3.2 Paid Subscription Period

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription settings.
  • If you cancel after the trial, when payment has already been processed, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
  • No pro-rata or partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of an already-paid billing period.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

3.3 Subscription Points

Points included with a subscription plan follow the same refund rules as one-time purchases: used points are non-refundable, and only unused points remaining on the account balance may be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Cryptocurrency: Crypto refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and sent to the original wallet address.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team at yes@upvote.club before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

If a chargeback is initiated after digital credits have been delivered and/or used, we reserve the right to suspend the account and provide full usage logs, transaction history, and delivery evidence to the payment provider. This includes records of account activity, task creation history, point usage, and IP/session data.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
