1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery: The purchased services were not delivered within the specified timeframe due to our fault or technical issues on our side.
  • Order not processed: If we have not yet started processing your order, you can request a full cancellation and refund.
  • Technical errors: If a payment was charged multiple times or an incorrect amount was charged due to a system error.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Points already used: If purchased points or services have been fully or partially used (e.g., tasks created, engagement delivered), no refund will be issued for the used portion.
  • Service completed: If the ordered engagement (followers, likes, views, etc.) has been delivered as described.
  • Violation of terms: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after the order has been processed.
  • Third-party issues: Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., account suspension by a social media platform) are outside our control and are not eligible for a refund.

3. Partial Refunds

If you have used part of your purchased points or services:

  • Only the unused portion may be eligible for a refund, at our discretion.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused balance.

4. Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund if we have not yet started processing it. Once an order is in progress, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order due to a mistake, contact our support team immediately.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Cryptocurrency: Crypto refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and sent to the original wallet address.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period after cancellation.
  • You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the paid period.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting our support team first may result in your account being suspended. We strongly recommend reaching out to us before initiating a dispute with your bank, as we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
