Welcome to Upvote.club! By using our community, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Description of Service

1.1. Upvote.club is a community where users ask other users for support on social media. The community supports multiple social networks, including Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Medium, Substack, Quora, Dev.to, Mastodon, Product Hunt, Hacker News, GitHub, Indie Hackers, and Chrome Web Store.

1.2. Users create support requests (tasks) such as "like this post" or "follow this account", and other users complete those requests.

1.3. All support on Upvote.club is given by real users in the community. We use automated verification via a Chrome extension to minimize fraud and confirm that support requests have been genuinely completed.

1.4. No guaranteed results: The community does not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement rates, or reach. Results depend on how users support each other, audience, and platform algorithms, which are outside our control.

1.5. The community is free to join. Users may optionally add community credits (points) to ask other users for more support.

2. Account Management

2.1. One Account Per Person: Users are strictly limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being banned.

2.2. Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or allowing others to perform actions on your behalf is not permitted.

2.3. Account Transfer: Transferring, trading, or exchanging Upvote.club accounts is strictly forbidden.

2.4. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

2.5. Multiple Accounts for Same Profile: Creating multiple accounts to ask other users for support for the same social media profile or content is strictly prohibited. If you want more support for the same profile or content, please use our subscription plans designed for this purpose.

3. Community Credits, Point System, and Payments

3.1. Community credits: Optional community credits (points) let users ask other users for support inside Upvote.club. Credits are used only inside the community and are added to your account instantly after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

3.2. Earning Points: Points can be earned through legitimate interactions on the platform (completing tasks for other users). Any attempt to artificially inflate point totals will result in penalties.

3.3. Adding community credits: Community credits can be added using credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, or via cryptocurrency (USDT). All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is for optional community credits delivered instantly.

3.4. Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable. Transferring, trading, or exchanging points outside of the official Upvote.club community is prohibited.

3.5. Immediate Delivery: By completing a payment, you confirm access to your account and immediate delivery of community credits. Points are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful payment.

3.6. Fraudulent Transactions: Using fraudulent credit cards or payment accounts to add community credits is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3.7. Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Points that have been used to create tasks are not eligible for a refund.

4. Subscriptions

4.1. Upvote.club offers subscription plans that provide additional benefits, including points, higher task limits, and discounts.

4.2. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Subscription page.

4.3. Free Trial: New subscriptions may include a 3-day free trial. If cancelled during the trial, no charge is made. After the trial, the subscription is billed at the selected plan rate.

4.4. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page using the cancel subscription button. If cancelled after payment, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. User Interactions

5.1. Genuine Interactions: All interactions (likes, follows, comments, etc.) must be genuine. Fake interactions or using bots/scripts to automate actions are strictly prohibited.

5.2. Follow/Unfollow Behavior: Repeatedly following and unfollowing, liking and unliking, or subscribing and unsubscribing to manipulate the system is not allowed.

5.3. Respect for Other Users: Treat all users with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Content Guidelines

6.1. Appropriate Content: Do not post or promote content that is illegal, pornographic, excessively violent, hateful, or discriminatory.

6.2. Original Content: Ensure you have the right to share any content you post. Respect copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.3. Spam: Do not use Upvote.club to spam or to advertise unrelated products or services.

6.4. Prohibited commercial practices: We strictly forbid using Upvote.club to obtain, order, or place any of the following:

Fake reviews
Fake recommendations or endorsements
Engagement used to promote a commercial product
Template advertising comments

6.5. You must not obtain, order, or place any of the following on this platform:

Fake reviews used to promote a product
Paid positive comments presented as independent opinions
Fake likes used to create the appearance of product support
Moving genuine likes or reviews from one product to another product
Stating that reviews were written by buyers without a reasonable basis to verify that fact

6.6. Violations of Sections 6.4 and 6.5 may result in the consequences described in Section 12, including account suspension or termination.

7. Technical Restrictions

7.1. VPN/Proxy Usage: The use of VPNs, proxies, or any tools to mask your true IP address is not allowed.

7.2. Bots and Automation: The use of bots, auto-clickers, or any external scripts to interact with Upvote.club is strictly forbidden.

7.3. DDoS and Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of Upvote.club is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

8.1. Personal Data: Respect the privacy of other users. Do not share or request personal information from other users through the platform.

8.2. Impersonation: Do not impersonate other individuals, brands, or entities.

8.3. Data Handling: Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Compliance with Platform Rules

9.1. Social Media Terms: Ensure that your use of Upvote.club complies with the terms and conditions of the social media platforms you are promoting content on.

9.2. Legal Compliance: Do not use Upvote.club for any illegal activities or to promote illegal goods or services.

10. Reporting Violations

10.1. User Reports: If you encounter any violations of these rules, please report them to our team at [email protected].

10.2. False Reports: Submitting false reports to harass other users is itself a violation of our rules.

11. Updates to Terms

11.1. Changes: These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes.

11.2. Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to these terms.

12. Consequences of Rule Violations

12.1. Warnings: Minor or first-time violations may result in a warning.

12.2. Temporary Suspension: Repeated or more serious violations may result in temporary account suspension.

12.3. Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations of these rules may result in permanent account termination.

12.4. Point Forfeiture: Violations related to point accumulation may result in the forfeiture of ill-gotten points without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. Upvote.club provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform.

13.2. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party social media platforms (e.g., account restrictions imposed by Twitter, Instagram, etc.) as a result of using our service.

13.3. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Account Deletion

14.1. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard user menu. Deletion is permanent for your Upvote.club data as described in our Privacy Policy (Sections 7 and 10).

14.2. Account deletion cancels active Upvote.club and ForumBacklinks subscriptions where applicable, disables login, and removes your profile data and uploaded files from our systems, subject to legal retention exceptions stated in the Privacy Policy.

14.3. Deletion does not remove content you already posted on third-party social networks; it removes our records and stops your access to the platform.

These rules are in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all Upvote.club users. By following these guidelines, you help maintain a positive and valuable community for everyone.
