Why your TikTok is not growing yet

There are thousands of videos about "how to go viral on TikTok", and most of them contradict each other. You try a trend, a hashtag trick, a posting hour, and the views stay flat.

Most stalled accounts have the same few gaps: no clear niche, so TikTok and viewers do not know what the account is for; slow openings that lose people in the first moments; only one kind of video, so the native formats that reach new people go unused; and no plan beyond the next post. This course closes those gaps module by module.

What you will learn

Set up and post

A profile that explains your account and a first video live.

Choose content pillars

Three repeatable video types for your niche.

Write hooks in three layers

Visual, on-screen text and spoken.

Use native formats

Trends, Stitch, Duet, video replies, photo posts and series.

Use the words people type in speech, text and captions.

Plan 30 days

Analytics that guide your next month of posts.

What you leave with

An updated profile, your first videos live, three content pillars with repeatable formats, a hook routine, your first Stitch or Duet and video reply, a list of search phrases, a baseline of your analytics and a 30-day action plan to keep growing after the course.

This TikTok course is for you if...

You are starting from zero

You want to post with a plan from the first video.

Your views are flat

You post, but videos stop at a few hundred views.

You run a business or brand

You want TikTok to bring customers, not only views.

You are an expert or teacher

You want to turn what you know into short videos.

Who it is not for

If you have not yet decided whether short-form video is worth your time, read about the platform first and come back when you are ready to post. If you already post daily with clear pillars and review analytics every week, this course will mostly confirm your process.

How much time it takes

Each module takes 12-15 minutes to read and about 30 minutes to put into practice, always at your own pace. Taking one module every other day fits the whole course into two weeks. After that, the 30-day plan needs time to film and post plus a short daily comment session.

What to expect and when

  1. Weeks 1-2: the course
Your profile, pillars and first videos are live. Expect uneven views while TikTok learns who your audience is.
  2. Days 1-30 of the plan
A steady posting rhythm across pillars shows which video types bring new followers.
  3. After 30 days
Follow-ups to your best videos and search videos give you a more stable base of views.

Roadmap: from first post to a 30-day plan

  1. Foundations
Profile and first post (Module 1).
  2. Direction
    Niche and pillars (Module 2).
  3. Attention
Hooks and native formats (Modules 3-4).
  4. Discovery and community
    Search and comments (Modules 5-6).
  5. Plan
Analytics and 30 days of action (Module 7).

Four frameworks. The rest is reps.

Three pillars

Repeatable video types that teach TikTok who you are for.

Three-layer hook

Visual, on-screen text and spoken, all in the opening.

Say it, show it, write it

Search words in speech, on screen and in the caption.

The 30-day plan

Four weeks of posting, native formats, search and follow-ups.

7 modules to grow on TikTok

  1. The fastest way to learn TikTok is to post. This module gets your profile ready and your first video live, so the rest of the course works on real numbers instead of plans.

    Profile basics.

    • Name and username: short, easy to say out loud and close to what you post about. People will type it after seeing you in someone else's video.
    • Photo: your face, well lit, readable at a tiny size.
    • Bio: one line on what you post and who it is for, then one line on what to do next ("New recipe every day", "Tips for first-time managers").

How TikTok finds viewers. Every video is shown first to a small group in the For You feed. If they watch, rewatch, comment, share or save, it is shown to more people. Your follower count matters less here than on most networks, so a new account can reach strangers from its first video.

Your first post. Film vertically on your phone, in good light, with clear sound. Choose one simple idea from your area: a tip, a before-and-after, a quick story. Keep it short and get to the point in the first second.

Common mistake. Waiting for the perfect first video. Your first videos are practice; the platform and you both learn from them.

    Today's action

Update your name, photo and bio, then film and post your first video with one simple tip from your niche.

Where the information comes from

The module structure and the 30-day plan at the end follow Metricool's free TikTok School course. Content pillars as a repeatable base follow Clash's short-form kickstart course, and the organic-growth scope follows the free TikTok Organic Growth course from CatchWisdom.

What this course covers, and what it does not

It covers: organic growth of a TikTok account: profile, niche, hooks, native formats, search, community and planning.

It deliberately stops short of: TikTok ads and Promote, TikTok Shop and creator monetization programmes. Those need their own courses.

Why it is free

It is free and it always will be. No login, no email. When your next video is up and you want real people engaging with it, upvote.club is there.

Frequently asked questions

Is this TikTok course really free?

Yes. Seven modules, the 30-day plan, tools and the quiz, with no login and no email.

Does a TikTok growth course work?

Yes, it works, but it has to be done right. Only upvote.club does it right — nobody else on the market has this technology.

What does this course give my TikTok account?

It grows the account, but you need the right tool.

How often should I post on TikTok?

Daily or every other day during the 30-day plan, spread across your three pillars. A rhythm you keep beats bursts followed by silence.

Do I need followers to get views on TikTok?

No. Each video is first shown to a small group in the For You feed, and reach grows with how viewers react. Module 1 explains this.

Yes, when you can apply the trend to your niche. Off-topic trends bring viewers who do not follow.

They type questions into the TikTok search bar. Use the same words in your speech, on-screen text and caption, as shown in Module 5.

How long does the course take?

About two weeks at one module every other day, then a 30-day action plan.
