The signals the Threads check reads
Profile visibility: whether your profile loads for someone who is not logged in and does not follow you.
People search: whether your exact handle comes back when someone searches for it on Threads.
Search, post and reply visibility: whether recent posts and replies can be found and opened from outside.
Results are shown as normal or re-check rather than a final verdict. Search and recommendations vary by time, settings, viewer and content, so repeat the check later when needed.
What the result actually means

The two checks only you can run

Open Threads, your profile, the menu, Settings, then Account status, to see whether your content can currently be recommended. - Your replies, from a second account
Open a post you replied to from another account and look for your reply. Do not test logged out: a logged-out thread shows only about the first 25 replies. - Reach over time
Compare last week's views with the three weeks before in your Insights.
