Get your X score

Use one account at a time. Total engagements over 30 days are in your X Analytics.

Three steps, no sign-up

  1. Add your follower count
Find it on your X profile.
  2. Add total engagements from the last 30 days
Engagements include likes, reposts, replies, follows and clicks anywhere on the post. X Analytics shows the total for a custom period.
  3. Add the number of posts from the last 30 days
Count your posts for the same period, then read your score.

How your score is rated

The score compares engagements per post with the follower-based rates that count as strong for an account of your size.

What is an X score calculator?

An X score calculator grades the performance of a single account using a few key numbers: follower count, engagements and post frequency. It rates the account against what is typical for its size.

Older influence scores, such as Klout, rated users on a 1 to 100 scale and disappeared when the service shut down in 2018. A simple score built from your own 30-day numbers is easier to understand and to improve: you can see exactly which input moved it.

How the score is calculated

Engagements per post: total engagements (30 days) / posts (30 days)

Engagement rate per post: engagements per post / followers x 100

Posting frequency: posts (30 days) / 30

Example: 5,000 followers, 6,000 engagements and 60 posts in 30 days give 100 engagements per post, a 2% rate per post and 2 posts per day.

Where to find your numbers on X

  1. Followers
    On your profile.
  2. Total engagements
In X Analytics for a 30-day period. It includes clicks anywhere on your posts, so it is higher than the public counts.
  3. Number of posts
In X Analytics, or by counting your posts for the period.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as an engagement for the X score?

Likes, reposts, replies, follows and clicks anywhere on the post, including links, hashtags, avatars and expanding the post.

Why use the last 30 days?

It is long enough to smooth out single posts and short enough to reflect what you do now.

Is this the same as the old Klout score?

No. Klout shut down in 2018. This score is built only from your own followers, engagements and post count.

Can I score more than one account?

Yes, one at a time. Enter each account's numbers separately.

Why is my score lower after I gained many followers?

The rate per post divides by followers. If engagement does not grow as fast as the audience, the rate falls.

How often should I post on X?

Two to three times a day is a common recommendation, but steady quality beats volume.

Does posting more often on X work?

Yes, it works, but it has to be done right. Only upvote.club does it right — nobody else on the market has this technology.

What does a better X score give my account?

It grows the account, but you need the right tool.
